Container dunnage bags perform best when the pressure force of the bag exerted onto the load is equal to, or greater than the weight of the product. To accomplish this, the bag needs to have as much surface contact with the product as possible.
A dunnage bag will perform best with maximum surface coverage on your product without protruding above the products or touching the floor. Bags protruding above product, in most cases, will ‘wriggle’ themselves upwards during transit, therefore rendering themselves useless and compromising your load shift potential.

The Dual Bag system has been developed to fill voids between cargo greater than 400mm. Dual Bags are certified and the ideal alternative to timber dunnage framing.
This premium inflation unit for our dunnage bags simply plugs into an air compressor hose or air-line. It has a digital gauge to enable you to set the required pressure in your dunnage bags where required. The inflator comes with a venturi shut off system where it will shut off additional inflation when the set pressure is reached.
